Scratch for Beginners In-Person
Join the Kiwanis for an introduction to coding for complete beginners, this friendly and accessible program will teach children the basics of Scratch (a free program developed by MIT which is widely used in primary schools), allowing them to get inside the code of their computer and create simple games and animations on screen.
Recommended for kids in grades 3rd-6th. Kids should be familiar with using a PC keyboard.
Registration is required; class size is limited.
