Introduction to Home Fermentation In-Person
Learn how to ferment food with the NC State Cooperative Extension. In this class we will discuss how to make fermented foods like yogurt, kombucha, pickles, and sauerkraut. At the end of the class each student will be able to make their own jar of sauerkraut to take home along with a reusable fermentation kit.
