Move It Monday Library Workout Class In-Person

Free fitness classes at the Southwest Brunswick County Library offer a fun group workout experience for every age and body type, thanks to our partnership with the AARP Virtual Community. Classes are held in room 127. Class schedule is weekly as follows:

 

1st Monday - Non-Impact Aerobics

2nd Monday -Kickboxing

3rd Monday -  Tai Chi

4th Monday - Zumba

5th Monday - Viewers Choice

 

Participants must sign a waiver to participate and are encouraged to bring their own workout mats. We have a few on-hand if needed.
